Mini Indonesian Egg Martabak
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 150g ground beef, stir-fried or corned beef
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Sliced cabbage, as needed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt and beef bouillon powder, to taste
- A little seasoning, optional
Wrappers and oils
- Lumpia wrappers, as needed
- Cooking oil, as needed
Accompaniments
- Cuko sauce
- Cucumber and onion pickle
Preparation
Mix all main ingredients together.
Heat oil in a Teflon pan.
Place 1 sheet of lumpia wrapper.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of egg mixture.
Fold into a half circle.
Fry over low-medium heat until cooked.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
Serve warm with accompaniments.
Notes
This dish is a budget-friendly option for breaking fast and can use corned beef for economy.
Cuko sauce and cucumber pickle are served alongside and may be prepared separately.
