Vanilla Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • organic peanut butter
  • cacao nibs
  • gr8nola
  • strawberries
  • siggis dairy
  • squareorganics crisp bars
  • blackberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla protein powder in a jar.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.

  3. In the morning, dump the contents into a bowl.

  4. Add the toppings such as banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, gr8nola, strawberries, siggis dairy, crisp bars, and blackberries.
