Gluten-Free Vegan Chickpea Pancakes Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 lemon or 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
- Nutritional yeast (optional)
Preparation
Fry the pancakes after preparing the tofu scramble.
Side with oven baked tempeh and bake it longer for crispier texture.
Top with tahini and maple syrup for the finishing touch and enjoy.
