Gluten-Free Vegan Chickpea Pancakes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 lemon or 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
  • Nutritional yeast (optional)

Preparation
