Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 C @addjoi almond milk
  • Juice and zest from 1 lemon
  • 2/3 C @bobsredmill GF rolled oats
  • 1 tsp @allspicedsm poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp @navitasorganics hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp @justdatesyrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar

  2. Cover with lid and shake vigorously to combine

  3. Let sit in fridge overnight and have delicious oats ready to go the next morning

  4. Serve hot or cold with fresh blueberries and almonds
