Bircher Muesli Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 C @kitehillfoods almond milk Greek style yogurt
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar vanilla
- 2-3 TBSP @addjoi almond milk
- 1 tsp @wholesomesweet raw agave
- 1/4 C @bobsredmill GF rolled oats
- 1 tsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
- 1 tsp @navitasorganics chia seeds
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine and sweeten to taste with extra agave if needed. It may be slightly runny but will thicken as oats absorb moisture.
Top with fresh fruit and fresh mint. Optional to top with chopped nuts as well.
