Salmon and Vegetable Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 piece salmon
- Italian seasoning
- sweet potatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- 1 Roma tomato
- zucchini
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Slice sweet potatoes into thin chips
Roast sweet potato chips at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.
Sauté zucchini in a pan until tender
Cook salmon with Italian seasoning, such as by baking or pan-searing
Slice or chop avocado and tomato as desired
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl
