Salmon and Vegetable Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • Italian seasoning
  • sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • zucchini

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Slice sweet potatoes into thin chips

  3. Roast sweet potato chips at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.

  4. Sauté zucchini in a pan until tender

  5. Cook salmon with Italian seasoning, such as by baking or pan-searing

  6. Slice or chop avocado and tomato as desired

  7. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl
