Vegan Almond Flour Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk @malkorganics
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar of choice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- More oil to grease your pan/skillet, if necessary
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together.
Scoop the batter onto the warm skillet and add blueberries and strawberries.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles form.
Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
