High Protein Low Fat Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 12.3 oz soft silken tofu
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 4 dishes and divide equally.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to achieve the mousse consistency.
Tips
The mousse can be eaten immediately, but it will have a pudding-like texture.
Serve with fresh fruit like raspberries for an extra treat.
