High Protein Low Fat Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 12.3 oz soft silken tofu
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into 4 dishes and divide equally.

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour to achieve the mousse consistency.

Tips

  1. The mousse can be eaten immediately, but it will have a pudding-like texture.

  2. Serve with fresh fruit like raspberries for an extra treat.
