Keto Vanilla Crescent Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200 g cold butter
  • 80 g powdered erythritol or powdered xylitol
  • 250 g almond flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • Vanilla flavor drops, vanilla extract, or vanilla paste to taste

Preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients by hand in a bowl to form a dough.

  2. Let the dough rest for one hour in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.

  3. Quarter the dough and roll into long strands.

  4. Cut thumb-thick pieces and roll into crescent shapes.

  5. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

  6. Sprinkle with powdered erythritol or xylitol and let cool.
