Keto Vanilla Crescent Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g cold butter
- 80 g powdered erythritol or powdered xylitol
- 250 g almond flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- Vanilla flavor drops, vanilla extract, or vanilla paste to taste
Preparation
Knead all ingredients by hand in a bowl to form a dough.
Let the dough rest for one hour in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Quarter the dough and roll into long strands.
Cut thumb-thick pieces and roll into crescent shapes.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle with powdered erythritol or xylitol and let cool.
