Choc Chunk Baked Oat Slice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c “amb-han”)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Natural Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Plant Milk
- Mix-ins of choice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and granulated sweetener.
Add the natural yogurt and plant milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Fold in your choice of mix-ins, such as chocolate chunks, dried fruit, nuts, or seeds.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the slice is set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing into bars.
