Ujang-Style Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
Pounded mixture
- Bird's eye chili
- Half a large onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Optional small amount of belacan
Other components
- Chicken, cut into small pieces and lightly fried
- One large onion, sliced
- Bird's eye chili, sliced
- One garlic clove, smashed
- Oyster sauce
- Long beans or carrots, to taste
- A little water
Preparation
Stir-fry the pounded mixture until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and smashed garlic, cook until wilted.
Add the chicken and oyster sauce, stir, and add a little water.
Stir until the sauce thickens.
Add the long beans and green chili.
Cook briefly, then turn off the heat.
