Chocolate and Nut Overnight Oats for Breakfast in the Sun

Ingredients

  • 60g rolled oats (gf if required)
  • 3 tbsp any yogurt (dairy-free)
  • 2 tbsp skinny chocolate sauce (e.g., @sweetfreedomuk)
  • 5 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp nut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix boiling water and oats in a bowl.

  2. Leave for 2 minutes to thicken.

  3. Add all of the other ingredients (except nut butter) into the bowl and stir to combine.

  4. Spoon the mixture into any container with a lid, put the lid on, and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour.

  5. When you're ready to eat, top with nut butter, extra yogurt, and skinny chocolate sauce (optional).
