Lime Bread with Fizzy Water

Ingredients

  • 150g self-raising flour (or plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder)
  • 80g fizzy water (such as lime and mint flavored)
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, fizzy water, and lime together to form a dough ball. If it’s too dry, add more liquid; if too wet, add more flour.

  2. Flatten the dough into a loaf shape.

  3. Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes or oven bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Slice and enjoy straight away or toast later.

Tips

  1. This recipe makes 4 slices. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and add a little more fizzy drink.
