Roasted Salmon and Vegetable Lunch Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Quinoa
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Primal Palate bae seasoning
  • Primal Palate amore seasoning
  • Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Turmeric
  • Avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Toss cauliflower and Brussels sprouts with oil and turmeric, then roast until tender

  3. Cook salmon with Primal Palate bae seasoning and avocado oil until done

  4. Prepare quinoa according to package instructions with Primal Palate amore seasoning

  5. Slice avocado and season with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning

  6. Assemble all components in a bowl
