Cinnamon Overnight Oats (A Classic)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana, let sit overnight in fridge

  2. Then in the morning mix in the banana

  3. Can’t get any easier

  4. Super tasty combo and honestly the one I go back to the most
