Cinnamon Overnight Oats (A Classic)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix everything except banana, let sit overnight in fridge
Then in the morning mix in the banana
