Apricot Compote with Orange and Mint
Ingredients
- 700g apricots
- 2 orange slices
- 1 mint sprig
- 250g sugar
Preparation
Combine the apricots, orange slices, mint, and sugar in a saucepan with a small amount of water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer until the apricots are soft, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool, and serve.
