Apricot Compote with Orange and Mint

Ingredients

  • 700g apricots
  • 2 orange slices
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 250g sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine the apricots, orange slices, mint, and sugar in a saucepan with a small amount of water.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer until the apricots are soft, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, let cool, and serve.
