Quick Blender Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 heaping tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 1 cup (240ml) strained orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Place eggs, sugar, orange zest, margarine, and orange juice in a blender and blend for 1 minute

  2. Add the flour and blend just until combined

  3. Add the baking powder and blend quickly

  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean
