Quick Blender Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 heaping tablespoons unsalted margarine
- 1 cup (240ml) strained orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Place eggs, sugar, orange zest, margarine, and orange juice in a blender and blend for 1 minute
Add the flour and blend just until combined
Add the baking powder and blend quickly
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean
