Easy Banana Cherry Gelatin Candy

Ingredients

  • 7 Nanica bananas, mashed
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 box cherry-flavored gelatin

Preparation

  1. Combine bananas, sugar, and gelatin in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly

  2. Cook until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan and is firm enough to cut, about 40 minutes. Test by pressing a small portion to check if it holds together

  3. Transfer to a lightly buttered bowl and refrigerate overnight to set

  4. Cut into pieces and roll in sugar
