Easy Banana Cherry Gelatin Candy
Ingredients
- 7 Nanica bananas, mashed
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 box cherry-flavored gelatin
Preparation
Combine bananas, sugar, and gelatin in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly
Cook until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan and is firm enough to cut, about 40 minutes. Test by pressing a small portion to check if it holds together
Transfer to a lightly buttered bowl and refrigerate overnight to set
Cut into pieces and roll in sugar
