Easter Bunny Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg or 1 flax egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- pinch of baking powder
Decoration
- coconut cream
- banana
- some melted chocolate
Preparation
Prepare the pancake batter by beating the egg, mashing the banana with a fork, and mixing all the ingredients except for the decoration.
Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of coconut oil if desired to fry the pancakes.
Pour the batter to form pancakes: one large for the body, one smaller for the head, and four small for the legs and ears.
Arrange the pancakes to form a bunny shape.
Wait for the pancakes to cool down.
Pipe coconut cream to create a tail and crown.
Decorate the paws with banana circles and melted chocolate.
