Kiwifruit Persimmon Chia Seed Jars

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 kiwifruits
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 teaspoon raw agave

Preparation

  1. Blend the kiwifruit to make puree

  2. Blend the persimmon in a blender to make puree

  3. Mix chia seeds, soy milk, almond or coconut milk, orange juice, and raw agave together

  4. Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to thicken

  5. Layer the chia mixture with the fruit purees in jars
