No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted (1/2 stick of butter, melted)
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup choc chips
- 6.5 oz dark chocolate bar
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, milk, and vanilla until creamy.
Stir in almond flour and salt until a soft cookie dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Take 1 tbsp of dough and roll into balls.
Freeze for 10 min.
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
Coat each cookie dough bite with dark chocolate and top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for 10 min to set.
Notes
Store bites in fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
