Nutritious Teff Balls with Bananas and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 8-9 ripe baby bananas
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts and Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried mulberries
  • 1 1/2 cups teff flour
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

  1. Mash 8-9 ripe baby bananas, 2 tbsp date syrup, and 2 tbsp coconut oil together.

  2. Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and Brazil nuts, 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 1/2 cup chopped dried mulberries, and 1 1/2 cups teff flour.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls.

  5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut and chopped nuts.

  6. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

  7. Enjoy.
