Nutritious Teff Balls with Bananas and Nuts
Ingredients
- 8-9 ripe baby bananas
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts and Brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped dried mulberries
- 1 1/2 cups teff flour
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped nuts
Preparation
Mash 8-9 ripe baby bananas, 2 tbsp date syrup, and 2 tbsp coconut oil together.
Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and Brazil nuts, 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 1/2 cup chopped dried mulberries, and 1 1/2 cups teff flour.
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Roll the balls in shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
