Peanut-Filled Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- Peanuts
- Sugar
- Flour
- Water
Preparation
Roast the peanuts and remove their skins, then blend until fine.
Mix the blended peanuts with finely blended sugar.
Cut the spring roll wrappers to the size of a ruler and roll them using a pen or a large straw.
To seal, use a mixture of flour and a little water.
Dry the rolled wrappers until they harden.
Fry the hardened wrappers and let them cool.
Stuff them with the peanut mixture.
