Peanut-Filled Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Peanuts
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Roast the peanuts and remove their skins, then blend until fine.

  2. Mix the blended peanuts with finely blended sugar.

  3. Cut the spring roll wrappers to the size of a ruler and roll them using a pen or a large straw.

  4. To seal, use a mixture of flour and a little water.

  5. Dry the rolled wrappers until they harden.

  6. Fry the hardened wrappers and let them cool.

  7. Stuff them with the peanut mixture.
