Ultra Rich Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
- Plant based milk - 1 cup (used soy)
- Chai latte blend
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Cacao powder - 2 tbsp
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Take a medium-sized bowl, add flour, chai latte blend, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, and mix well.
Pour soy milk and vanilla into the mixture and whisk well until a smooth batter forms.
Scoop the batter onto a skillet to form small pancakes, flip when bubbles start to form, and cook until nicely browned.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, chocolate sauce, and fresh fruits.
Tips
You can use any type of sugar available.
The pancakes do not need to be perfectly round.
This recipe takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.
