Vegan Kimchi and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

  • ready-made dough
  • passata
  • vegan bacon
  • red onion
  • sundried tomato
  • kimchi
  • olives
  • raw garlic
  • cheddar style cheese
  • cracked black pepper
  • fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven according to the ready-made dough package instructions

  2. Roll out or shape the ready-made dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone

  3. Spread passata evenly over the dough as the sauce base

  4. Add the toppings including vegan bacon, red onion, sundried tomato, kimchi, olives, raw garlic, and cheddar style cheese

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown

  6. Remove from the oven and finish with cracked black pepper and fresh basil before serving
