Baked Tofu with Paprika and Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- firm tofu
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- broccoli
- egg
- chickpeas
- avocado oil
- salt
- pepper
- avocado
Tahini dressing
- 2 tsp tahini
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat firm tofu with smoked paprika and garlic powder, then bake for 20 minutes.
Toast broccoli in the oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Soft boil an egg.
Sauté chickpeas in avocado oil with salt and pepper.
Mix 2 tsp tahini, 1 tbsp water, and juice of 1/2 lemon to prepare the tahini dressing.
Assemble the plate with baked tofu, toasted broccoli, soft-boiled egg, sautéed chickpeas, avocado, and drizzle with tahini dressing.
