Blueberry Oat Pancakes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats uncooked
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (can use oat milk)
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Toppings

  • Blueberry chia jam
  • Greek yogurt
  • fresh blueberries
  • sunbutter
  • dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Combine the dry and wet mixtures.

  4. Cook on a skillet

  5. Add toppings after cooking.
