Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • Berries
  • Pepitas
  • Peanut butter
  • Silan date syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.

  2. Stir to prevent sticking.

  3. Remove from heat and top with berries, pepitas, peanut butter, and date syrup before serving.
