Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- Berries
- Pepitas
- Peanut butter
- Silan date syrup
Preparation
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.
Stir to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and top with berries, pepitas, peanut butter, and date syrup before serving.
