Cinnamon Bun Mugcake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, blended into flour
  • 1 tbsp date sugar or stevia
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk
  • optional: vegan yogurt to drizzle on top, cinnamon, nut butter

Preparation

  1. In a large microwave safe mug, or bowl, mix the oat flour, date sugar or stevia, and cinnamon together

  2. Following this, add in your applesauce and milk and gently stir until well combined

  3. Microwave your mug cake for 2 minutes, and if not yet cooked, cook it at 10 second intervals until it is at the texture you desire

  4. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes, and drizzle your delicious breakfast with any toppings you’d like
