Creamy Kale Pasta with Marinated Tofu Pieces
Ingredients
- Approximately 250g (3 servings) pasta
- 180g tofu, cubed
- 200g frozen kale
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable fond
- 300ml oat cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Tahini and sesame seeds (for serving)
Preparation
Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
In a frying pan, add the tofu and oil. Fry until the tofu is golden brown.
Add the soy sauce and vegetable fond to the pan, along with the frozen kale.
Pour in the oat cream and season with salt and a generous amount of black pepper.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add the pasta to the sauce in the pan. Mix well.
Let the pasta simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
Serve the creamy kale pasta with marinated tofu pieces, and garnish with tahini and sesame seeds.
