Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup any plant-based Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour the pancake batter onto a non-stick pan without oil and cook each side for around 2 minutes.
