Easiest and Healthiest 4-Ingredient Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup any plant-based Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Pour the pancake batter onto a non-stick pan without oil and cook each side for around 2 minutes.
