Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk

Optional

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate vegan protein

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding more liquid if necessary to achieve a runny but not thin consistency.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat

  3. Fry the pancakes in the pan and use two spatulas to flip them.

  4. Stack the pancakes and drizzle with your favorite toppings.
