Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
Optional
- 2 tablespoons chocolate vegan protein
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together, adding more liquid if necessary to achieve a runny but not thin consistency.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat
Fry the pancakes in the pan and use two spatulas to flip them.
Stack the pancakes and drizzle with your favorite toppings.
