Peanut Butter Berry Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas washed and drained (420g)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1/2 cup Macro Mike Strawberry Cheesecake Premium Protein
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Toppings
- frozen berries
- extra peanut butter
- chopped peanuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 160°C
Add all ingredients except those for topping in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a lined baking tray; the mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
Add on top extra peanut butter, frozen berries and chopped peanuts.
Bake for around 30 minutes.
