Peanut Butter Berry Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas washed and drained (420g)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Macro Mike Strawberry Cheesecake Premium Protein
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • frozen berries
  • extra peanut butter
  • chopped peanuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C

  2. Add all ingredients except those for topping in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray; the mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.

  4. Add on top extra peanut butter, frozen berries and chopped peanuts.

  5. Bake for around 30 minutes.
