Super Creamy Vegan Oat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
- 100ml cashew milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 crushed cardamom pods
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- pomegranate seeds
- walnuts
- hemp seeds
- mandarin
- maple syrup
Preparation
Soak 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats in 100ml cashew milk for 15 minutes.
Add 1 cup water, 2 crushed cardamom pods, and half a vanilla pod, then cook on medium heat, stirring often.
Remove the pods and pour into a bowl.
Top with pomegranate seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds, mandarin, and add maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
