Super Creamy Vegan Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 100ml cashew milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 crushed cardamom pods
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • pomegranate seeds
  • walnuts
  • hemp seeds
  • mandarin
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats in 100ml cashew milk for 15 minutes.

  2. Add 1 cup water, 2 crushed cardamom pods, and half a vanilla pod, then cook on medium heat, stirring often.

  3. Remove the pods and pour into a bowl.

  4. Top with pomegranate seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds, mandarin, and add maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
