Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1/4 cup riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • vegan dark chocolate coconut bar
  • coconut flakes
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, grated zucchini, riced cauliflower, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a bowl.

  2. Cook the mixture until the oats are soft, using a microwave or stovetop.
