Vegan Protein Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup riced cauliflower
- 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- vegan dark chocolate coconut bar
- coconut flakes
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, grated zucchini, riced cauliflower, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a bowl.
Cook the mixture until the oats are soft, using a microwave or stovetop.
Add toppings and serve.
