Vegetarian Fry-Up Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Tiger bloomer bread
  • 2 Lincolnshire sausages
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Baby button mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • Chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Slice the sausages and black pudding.

  2. Fry the bread until golden and crisp.

  3. Fry the sausages until cooked through.

  4. Fry the black pudding until heated and slightly crispy.

  5. Fry the mushrooms until softened.

  6. Fry the cherry tomatoes until blistered and juicy.

  7. Fry the egg to your preferred doneness.

  8. Serve all components together with chilli and garlic sauce.
