Simple Buko Pandan Dessert

Ingredients

  • Agar-agar
  • Green food coloring
  • Pandan leaves
  • Sugar
  • Coconut water
  • Condensed milk
  • Evaporated milk
  • Nata de coco
  • Young coconut flesh
  • Sago pearls

Preparation

  1. Cook the agar-agar with water, two pandan leaves, a bit of green food coloring, and a bit of sugar, then let it cool in the refrigerator.

  2. Cook the sago pearls until they become translucent.

  3. Mix coconut water, condensed milk, and evaporated milk together until well blended.

  4. Add the prepared green agar-agar, cooked sago pearls, young coconut flesh, and nata de coco to the mixture.

  5. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
