Vegan Invisible Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 70g flour
  • 15g cornstarch
  • 50g sugar
  • 10g baking powder
  • 100g yogurt
  • 20g oil
  • 140g vanilla soy milk
  • 5-6 apples

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix 70g flour, 15g cornstarch, 50g sugar, and 10g baking powder.

  2. Add 100g yogurt, 20g oil, and 140g vanilla soy milk; whisk until smooth.

  3. Peel, halve, and finely slice 5-6 apples; add to the mixture and stir gently.

  4. Pour the batter into a 20cm round cake pan and bake for 35 minutes at 200°C with fan assistance.

  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

  1. The longest part of preparation is cutting the apples.

  2. The cake achieves its 'invisible' appearance after a few hours.
