Vegan Invisible Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 70g flour
- 15g cornstarch
- 50g sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 100g yogurt
- 20g oil
- 140g vanilla soy milk
- 5-6 apples
Preparation
In a bowl, mix 70g flour, 15g cornstarch, 50g sugar, and 10g baking powder.
Add 100g yogurt, 20g oil, and 140g vanilla soy milk; whisk until smooth.
Peel, halve, and finely slice 5-6 apples; add to the mixture and stir gently.
Pour the batter into a 20cm round cake pan and bake for 35 minutes at 200°C with fan assistance.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Notes
The longest part of preparation is cutting the apples.
The cake achieves its 'invisible' appearance after a few hours.
