Easy Homemade Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar, the oil, and the milk in a blender.
Then mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and cinnamon.
In a greased and floured pan, distribute the sliced apples and keep them in water with a drop of lemon to prevent darkening.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
To cover the cake, prepare a syrup with half a cup of sugar and half a cup of water, then as soon as you remove the cake from the oven, pour it over the top.
Tips
Do the toothpick test to check if the cake is done.
