Simple Cream of Milk Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 box of cream
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
Beat the yolks, butter, oil, cream, and sugar
Add the flour and beat again
Add the baking powder and beat a little more
Add the egg whites and mix gently
Place in a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes
Notes
1 cup equals 240 ml
