All Day Breakfast Curry

Ingredients

  • Brown onion
  • Vine tomatoes
  • Button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 sliced salad potatoes
  • 4 vegetarian sausages, sliced
  • Handful of veggie bacon pieces
  • Small tin of baked beans
  • 1 tbsp hot curry powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Sucralose sweetener
  • 1 tbsp no added sugar orange squash
  • Spinach
  • Onion salt
  • Fried egg
  • 6 mini garlic and coriander naan breads

Preparation

  1. Dice and fry the onion until soft and sweet

  2. Add vine tomatoes and button mushrooms to the wok

  3. Boil the sliced salad potatoes, then add them to the wok

  4. Slice and fry the vegetarian sausages

  5. Fry the veggie bacon pieces

  6. Add baked beans, hot curry powder, Sucralose sweetener, no added sugar orange squash, spinach, and onion salt to the wok and heat through

  7. Fry an egg

  8. Toast the naan breads
