Chan Choy Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chan choy
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rounds
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon pounded dried shrimp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Sauté the smashed garlic until fragrant, followed by the onion.

  2. Let it wilt.

  3. Add sugar and pounded dried shrimp.

  4. Add chan choy vegetable.

  5. Stir until slightly wilted.

  6. Add red chili and black pepper powder.

  7. Stir again.

  8. Add sesame oil.

  9. Season with salt and sugar.

  10. Ready to serve.
