Healthy Vegetable Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package vegetable noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 red chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, roughly chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • Meat as needed, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fibercreme powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: bouillon powder to taste
  • 100 ml water

Preparation

  1. Boil the vegetable noodles briefly and drain

  2. Sauté garlic until fragrant

  3. Add meat and cook until it changes color

  4. Add onion, then add water and cook until meat is tender

  5. Add chopped chilies and tomato, then add fibercreme powder and stir

  6. Add the noodles and celery, salt, stir well, and serve

Notes

  1. This dish is gluten-free and made with vegetable-based noodles, ideal for snacks or light meals
