Layered Marie Biscuit Dessert Box

Ingredients

Layer 1

  • 3 eggs
  • 7g swallow agar-agar
  • 80g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400ml water
  • 50g margarine
  • 50g sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

Layer 2

  • 1/2 pack Marie Regal biscuits

Ganache layer

  • 100g dark cooking chocolate
  • 250ml UHT full cream milk

Preparation

Making first layer

  1. Mix the egg yolks, agar powder, sweetened condensed milk, and water until combined with a balloon whisk.

  2. Heat the mixture on low heat until it boils, then add margarine and vanilla extract.

  3. Beat the egg whites on low speed until foamy, then gradually add sugar in three stages while beating on high speed until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gradually add the pudding mixture to the egg whites and stir until smooth.

Making ganache

  1. Cook the dark cooking chocolate with UHT full cream milk until well mixed.

Assembling dessert

  1. Pour the first layer mixture into the container and wait until it partially sets.

  2. Arrange the Marie Regal biscuits on top.

  3. Spread the ganache over the biscuits.

  4. Repeat the layers with the first layer mixture as desired until the container is full.
