Ingredients

- Thinly sliced cabbage, as needed
- 2 green onions
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Salt, as needed
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 50 ml water
Topping
- Mayonnaise
- Hot sauce
- Chili powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Fry on low heat until cooked.
Add the toppings: mayonnaise, hot sauce, and chili powder.
Serve with warm rice.
