Chicken Flautas with Fresh Pico De Gallo

Pico de gallo

  • Tomato
  • White onion
  • Bell pepper (green or red)
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Flautas

  • Garlic powder
  • Onion
  • Shredded chicken breast
  • Tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortillas
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix the chicken, cheeses, tomato, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.

  2. Fill each tortilla with the mixture, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.

  3. Add oil and more cheese on top, and bake in the oven until golden and bubbly.

  4. Prepare the pico de gallo by mixing all the ingredients.
