Turkish Green Bean Stew with Meat
Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh green beans
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
- 300g diced meat
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Wash the meat and cook in a pot until the water evaporates
Add chopped onion and sauté
Add chopped red pepper and pepper paste, then continue to stir-fry
Place the cleaned, washed, and chopped green beans on top
Add chopped tomatoes and salt
When the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and stir-fry until it browns
Add a glass of water, stir, and cook on low heat until done
