Turkish Green Bean Stew with Meat

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh green beans
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
  • 300g diced meat
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash the meat and cook in a pot until the water evaporates

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté

  3. Add chopped red pepper and pepper paste, then continue to stir-fry

  4. Place the cleaned, washed, and chopped green beans on top

  5. Add chopped tomatoes and salt

  6. When the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and stir-fry until it browns

  7. Add a glass of water, stir, and cook on low heat until done

  1. Adjust the oil and salt amounts to your taste
