Easy Layered Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water

For decoration

  • cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C and prepare an 11x4 inch pan lined with butter paper.

  2. In a mixer bowl, put flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar, powdered milk, and baking powder; mix for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Place a layer of the cake mixture in the pan, sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon, and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven, add another layer of mixture, sprinkle cinnamon, and bake again.

  5. Repeat the process until all mixture is used to form multiple layers.

  6. Remove from oven, let it cool, cut into pieces, and serve on a plate.
