Chocolate Etimek Dessert

Ingredients

  • 18 Etimek biscuits

Syrup

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups hot water

Pudding

  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 packet vanilla

Topping

  • 1 packet liquid cream
  • 80 grams bitter or milk chocolate (mixed used)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the syrup by dissolving sugar in hot water and let it cool

  2. Arrange the Etimek biscuits in a serving dish

  3. Pour the cooled syrup over the biscuits and allow them to soak

  4. Cook the pudding by combining milk, flour, starch, sugar, and vanilla in a pot over medium heat, stirring until thickened

  5. Pour the pudding over the soaked biscuits

  6. Melt the liquid cream and chocolate together until smooth and spread over the pudding

  7. Refrigerate until set and then serve
