Baked Ground Beef Potato Parmigiana
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 packet meat seasoning
- Black pepper, to taste
- Basil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 340 g ready-made tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, to taste
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in water until tender, then mash them
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, meat seasoning, basil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well
Grease a baking dish with oil. Press the meat mixture into the dish. Top with tomato sauce, a layer of mozzarella, more tomato sauce, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 1 hour 20 minutes
