Baked Ground Beef Potato Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 packet meat seasoning
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Basil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 340 g ready-made tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, to taste
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes in water until tender, then mash them

  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, meat seasoning, basil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well

  3. Grease a baking dish with oil. Press the meat mixture into the dish. Top with tomato sauce, a layer of mozzarella, more tomato sauce, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 1 hour 20 minutes
